Job Duties
- Responsible for proactive communication, proficiency and effective results as related to Project Olympia
- Implement and maintain food and beverage sales and marketing programs
- Assist Outlets Manager in the creation and execution of activations including Pool, Market, Bistro 300 and lobby activations
- Direct and oversee development of employees
- Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel staff
- Ensure payroll is completed weekly and accurately
- Assist in ensuring all time edits are cleared daily
- Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction and quality
- Create and execute an elevated beverage program alongside Outlets Manager
- Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
- Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
- Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
- Perform daily walk-throughs for compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt standards
- Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
