Job Duties

  • Responsible for proactive communication, proficiency and effective results as related to Project Olympia
  • Implement and maintain food and beverage sales and marketing programs
  • Assist Outlets Manager in the creation and execution of activations including Pool, Market, Bistro 300 and lobby activations
  • Direct and oversee development of employees
  • Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel staff
  • Ensure payroll is completed weekly and accurately
  • Assist in ensuring all time edits are cleared daily
  • Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
  • Resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction and quality
  • Create and execute an elevated beverage program alongside Outlets Manager
  • Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
  • Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
  • Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
  • Perform daily walk-throughs for compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt standards
  • Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
