Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- associate degree or continuing education preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must obtain a Lifeguard License for Special Facilities and an Instructor certification through Ellis & Associates
- able to work in warm and humid outdoor waterpark environments
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
- able to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, or balance
- proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer/app-based technology
- able to obtain OSHA-10 certification, CPO or AFO certification

Job Duties
- ensure a team-focused and others-first mentality to exceed community and corporate expectations
- manage direct reports by setting clear expectations for projects, goals, and daily operations
- assist in regular training, guidance, and instruction for direct reports
- support Human Resources in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and disciplining direct reports
- support Operations Admin in employee scheduling to ensure compliance with company standards
- assist in meeting park opening and closing deadlines
- help develop and enforce procedures for park cleanliness, attraction operations, safety, and leadership expectations
- conduct and record daily, weekly, and monthly inspections in Mobaro
- inspect and audit Water Safety and Park Services teams to maintain operational standards
- ensure cleanliness and organization of guest-facing, team member, back-of-house, and storage areas
- maintain and inventory dispatch systems, training equipment, and guest-facing furniture while reporting repairs
- ensure compliance with local and national codes relevant to waterpark operations
- report facility issues to Senior Operations Manager and General Manager
- meet or exceed assigned deadlines with minimal supervision
- perform duties reflecting the Pyek Core Values of hardworking, self-aware, can-do mentality, unoffendable, and kind
