  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to motivate and lead a team
  • knowledge of housekeeping and front office operations
  • attention to detail
  • customer service orientation
