Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience
  • proficiency in Opera, Kronos and Birchstreet
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • knowledge of guest services and VIP protocols
  • experience in staff training and scheduling
  • ability to ensure safety and security compliance
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • organizational skills
  • previous experience with collective bargaining agreements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in overseeing housekeeping operations including public areas and night cleaning
  • manage housekeeping and laundry supplies and maintain pars
  • ensure compliance with safety and security policies
  • provide turndown service and accommodate special needs of VIP guests and foreign dignitaries
  • train, develop, and schedule housekeeping staff
  • promote an engaged and guest-focused team atmosphere
  • maintain attention to detail and effective communication with guests and other departments
