Job Requirements
- Education and experience in hotel management or related field
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest service orientation
- Familiarity with hotel management software including Opera, Kronos, Saflok, and Zingle
- Ability to manage training and development programs
- Experience handling collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Progressive hotel rooms management experience
- High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Motivational leadership ability
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, Kronos, Saflok, and Zingle
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Previous experience with collective bargaining agreements
- Hotel or hospitality degree is an asset
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
Job Duties
- Oversee front office and PBX operations
- Train and develop front office staff
- Manage staff scheduling
- Promote guest satisfaction through effective team leadership
- Ensure adherence to Hyatt's values and service standards
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements
