Job Requirements

  • Education and experience in hotel management or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Familiarity with hotel management software including Opera, Kronos, Saflok, and Zingle
  • Ability to manage training and development programs
  • Experience handling collective bargaining agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Progressive hotel rooms management experience
  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Motivational leadership ability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, Kronos, Saflok, and Zingle
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Previous experience with collective bargaining agreements
  • Hotel or hospitality degree is an asset
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee front office and PBX operations
  • Train and develop front office staff
  • Manage staff scheduling
  • Promote guest satisfaction through effective team leadership
  • Ensure adherence to Hyatt's values and service standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
  • Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements
