- Oversee operations of Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market
- schedule staff and handle forecasting
- train team members on procedures and standards
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- coordinate special events within the hotel
- manage food and beverage cost control
- communicate effectively with team and management
