Job Duties

  • Oversee operations of Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market
  • schedule staff and handle forecasting
  • train team members on procedures and standards
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • coordinate special events within the hotel
  • manage food and beverage cost control
  • communicate effectively with team and management
