Job Requirements
- Open availability to work any shift including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to oversee multiple food and beverage venues
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of food and beverage compliance and safety standards
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage
- Ability to use scheduling and forecasting tools
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
- Knowledge of wine and beverages in an upscale environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Team player and dynamic leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience coordinating events
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations at Former Saint Restaurant, Assembly Hall, and Market
- Schedule staff and manage labor forecasting
- Conduct training and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Coordinate special events within the hotel
- Monitor food and beverage cost control
- Maintain high standards of guest service
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
