Job Requirements

  • Open availability to work any shift including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to oversee multiple food and beverage venues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of food and beverage compliance and safety standards
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage
  • Ability to use scheduling and forecasting tools

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
  • Knowledge of wine and beverages in an upscale environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Team player and dynamic leader
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience coordinating events

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations at Former Saint Restaurant, Assembly Hall, and Market
  • Schedule staff and manage labor forecasting
  • Conduct training and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Coordinate special events within the hotel
  • Monitor food and beverage cost control
  • Maintain high standards of guest service
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
