Job Requirements
- education background in hospitality or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel or food and beverage operations
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in microsoft office applications
- exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Job Duties
- assist in overseeing all food and beverage areas including restaurant and bar
- ensure compliance with food and beverage service standards
- maintain guest satisfaction in restaurants banquets and special events
- train develop and schedule staff
- promote an atmosphere of customer and colleague satisfaction
- communicate effectively with guests team members and other departments
- support growth and cross development within operational departments
