Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage operations or management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in using point of sale and scheduling software
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • opening and closing of restaurant and bar operations
  • end of day reports and inventory requisitions
  • performing daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • supervising colleagues and training new employees on company procedures
  • coaching and mentoring staff and documenting corrective actions
  • ensuring guest prompt attention and adherence to service standards
  • managing payroll and scheduling for food and beverage outlets
  • resolving guest and customer complaints
  • acting as a liaison for food and beverage outlets
  • assisting in hiring, training and onboarding new colleagues
