Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage operations or management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in using point of sale and scheduling software
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- opening and closing of restaurant and bar operations
- end of day reports and inventory requisitions
- performing daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- supervising colleagues and training new employees on company procedures
- coaching and mentoring staff and documenting corrective actions
- ensuring guest prompt attention and adherence to service standards
- managing payroll and scheduling for food and beverage outlets
- resolving guest and customer complaints
- acting as a liaison for food and beverage outlets
- assisting in hiring, training and onboarding new colleagues
