Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • experience with scheduling and payroll
  • knowledge of state and federal health regulations
  • ability to train and mentor staff
  • ability to resolve customer complaints professionally
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • experience working in a union environment preferred
  • familiarity with food and beverage systems such as Simphony, EMC, RealTime, SevenRooms, Kronos
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • proven leadership and team player abilities
  • high energy and entrepreneurial spirit
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • effective interpersonal and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Opening and closing restaurant and bar operations
  • preparing end of day reports
  • managing inventory requisitions
  • conducting daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards
  • supervising and training food and beverage staff
  • coaching and mentoring employees
  • managing payroll and scheduling
  • acting as liaison for food and beverage outlets
  • resolving guest and customer complaints
  • ensuring exceptional customer service
  • implementing policies to increase guest and colleague satisfaction
  • assisting in hiring and onboarding new employees
