Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in food and beverage hotel operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in food and beverage service standards
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Service oriented style and professional presentation skills
- At least 2 years of leadership experience within the food and beverage division of a hotel

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing the Banquets and Event Setup Team
- Supervise banquet room set ups, service, and maintenance of banquet functions and equipment
- Ensure all food and beverage service standards, policies, and procedures are followed
- Conduct staff training, development, and scheduling
- Promote an atmosphere ensuring customer and colleague satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with guests, departments, and team members
- Support Food & Beverage operations, including Restaurant, Market, and Bar
