Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- previous front office supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with hotel management software systems
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- refined verbal and written communication skills
- minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- address guest inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance guest satisfaction
- supervise front desk personnel and manage their schedules
- conduct training sessions and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations including managing reservations and billing processes
- liaise with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- monitor service quality and implement corrective action plans based on guest feedback
