Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency with hotel management software systems
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • address guest inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance guest satisfaction
  • supervise front desk personnel and manage their schedules
  • conduct training sessions and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations including managing reservations and billing processes
  • liaise with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • monitor service quality and implement corrective action plans based on guest feedback
