Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) advanced required
- Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production advanced required
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

Job Duties
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- State, local, federal regulations compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support off shift in event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
