Job Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production advanced required

Job Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required

Job Duties

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and safety management
  • State, local, federal regulations compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support off shift in event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
