Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
- Prior experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to comply with all relevant laws and corporate policies

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage outlets within the hotel
- Schedule staff and manage labor forecasting
- Train and develop food and beverage team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as corporate standards
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to enhance operations
- Address and resolve operational challenges and guest concerns
