Job Requirements
- Ability to stand bend and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced physically active production environment
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work overnight hours
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling cannabis products
- PPE may be required depending on department or task
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in cannabis production manufacturing or related operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cannabis packaging concentrates or post-harvest processes
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team during night operations
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and record-keeping tools
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Florida state regulations
Job Duties
- Oversee nightly production operations including flower packaging concentrate formulation and product preparation
- Supervise train and support night shift employees to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
- Ensure all production activities are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company SOPs
- Conduct nightly walkthroughs to ensure workspace cleanliness safety and organization
- Communicate with day leadership teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and task handoffs
- Assist in tracking production data inventory movement and batch reporting for compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in production workflow and implement corrective actions as needed
