Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or combined experience and education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in event operations, logistics coordination, or client services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including lifting 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorized to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and event management software
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to guide team members and manage tasks independently
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial tracking
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Extensive organizational skills with ability to adapt
  • Ability to convey performance expectations and handle issues effectively
  • Physical ability to fulfill role requirements including lifting 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Serve as the account lead for all third-party clients including managing client communications and providing excellent customer service
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure execution of all event logistics by deadline collaborating closely with department heads
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and property operations to ensure compliancy of event operations policies
  • Lead execution of all self-produced CMC events from start to finish overseeing onsite operations
  • Manage all audio/visual requirements for events ensuring their setup and operation
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to event operations including client emails, updating notes, maintaining event trackers, and financial records
  • Track all expenses oversee event budgets and timelines and ongoing financial reports
