Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience including kitchen and guest-facing operations
  • Ability to lead diverse teams maintaining high operational and hospitality standards
  • State alcohol-server certification
  • Manager ServSafe certification
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • Manage all Back of the House operations including food preparation, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure all menu items meet high standards focusing on scratch-made food and attention to detail
  • Champion hospitality by meeting guest needs and exceeding expectations
  • Support and execute local store marketing initiatives to build community connections
  • Hire, train, and schedule team members to maintain proper staffing levels
  • Mentor and develop team members fostering growth and accountability
  • Manage food costs, labor, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure recipes are followed precisely including portioning and production tracking
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead shifts focusing on food quality, speed, hospitality, and safety
  • Evaluate Mystery Shop and Damn Good Restaurant Assessment results and implement improvements
  • Work with team members to ensure proper training and certification
  • Perform other duties as assigned
