Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- Leadership skills with ability to develop teams
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- State alcohol-server certification
- Manager ServSafe certification
- Budgeting and scheduling proficiency
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while maintaining high operational and hospitality standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
- Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (preferred)
Job Duties
- Manage all back of the house operations including food preparation, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure all menu items meet high standards with commitment to scratch-made food
- Champion hospitality by exceeding guest expectations
- Support and execute local store marketing initiatives
- Hire, train, and schedule team members across BOH and FOH
- Mentor and develop team members fostering growth and accountability
- Manage food costs, labor, and operational efficiency
- Ensure recipe adherence with correct portioning and prep weights
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Lead shifts focusing on food quality, speed, hospitality, and safety
- Evaluate assessment results and implement action plans
- Work with team members on training, certification, and development
- Perform other duties as assigned
