- at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired

Job Duties
- Assist in directing daily operations in a college residential dining facility
- ensure procedures and standards are met for food production and service
- supervise assigned staff including students and full-time employees
- administer systems for inventorying, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, marketing, and selling
- analyze unit operations for effectiveness and compliance
- assist in strategic planning and policy development
- participate in training activities and supervise students and interns
