Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
  • ability to work varied days and times including weekends

  • ability to lead and supervise a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Assist in directing daily operations in a college residential dining facility
  • ensure procedures and standards are met for food production and service
  • supervise assigned staff including students and full-time employees
  • administer systems for inventorying, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, marketing, and selling
  • analyze unit operations for effectiveness and compliance
  • assist in strategic planning and policy development
  • participate in training activities and supervise students and interns
