Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in food service management
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Proficient with computer applications including MS Office
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
- Experience in high-end restaurants and hotels, with a focus on dining and guest experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food
- ServSafe Certification is preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
Job Duties
- Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
- Ensure the food offered to the client, customers, and associates of the operation is of superior quality
- Assist with purchasing and inventory
- Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, client, and other departments within the operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
