Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in food service management
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Proficient with computer applications including MS Office

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
  • Experience in high-end restaurants and hotels, with a focus on dining and guest experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

Job Duties

  • Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
  • Ensure the food offered to the client, customers, and associates of the operation is of superior quality
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory
  • Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, client, and other departments within the operation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
