Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Must follow company policy and procedures strictly
- Valid driver’s license for delivery duties
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate standard kitchen and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use computers and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
Job Duties
- Responsible for all activities during shift including cost, inventory, and cash control
- Set example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling
- Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image standards
- Deliver great customer service
- Handle marketing and profitability efforts
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete paperwork
- Deliver pizzas and promotional materials if needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
