Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Must follow company policy and procedures strictly
  • Valid driver’s license for delivery duties
  • Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen and office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to use computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all activities during shift including cost, inventory, and cash control
  • Set example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling
  • Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image standards
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Handle marketing and profitability efforts
  • Operate and maintain equipment
  • Process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete paperwork
  • Deliver pizzas and promotional materials if needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
