Job Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate computer keyboard or touch screen for order processing
- Must have valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work under varying weather conditions and maintain professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or food service management is an asset
- Strong mathematical skills including basic arithmetic and cash handling
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Skills in communication, leadership, and team management
- Knowledge of inventory and cost control practices
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and using point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Responsible for all activities during shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- Set the example by following all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- Manage staffing levels and oversee paperwork completion
- Ensure food management and store cleanliness meet company standards
- Work according to schedule and maintain perfect store image
- Deliver great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality
- Drive marketing efforts and focus on profitability
