Job Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate computer keyboard or touch screen for order processing
  • Must have valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to work under varying weather conditions and maintain professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management is an asset
  • Strong mathematical skills including basic arithmetic and cash handling
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Skills in communication, leadership, and team management
  • Knowledge of inventory and cost control practices
  • Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and using point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all activities during shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Set the example by following all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
  • Manage staffing levels and oversee paperwork completion
  • Ensure food management and store cleanliness meet company standards
  • Work according to schedule and maintain perfect store image
  • Deliver great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality
  • Drive marketing efforts and focus on profitability
