Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or restaurant environment preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must comply with company grooming policies
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing for long periods
  • Capable of handling cash and financial transactions responsibly

  • Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
  • Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability
  • Support marketing efforts to grow sales
