Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification
  • reliable transportation
  • maintain valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle constructive criticism
  • self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • experience with financial tracking and auditing

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in the recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize employee orientation programs
  • facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
  • conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
  • ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
  • lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, and inventory
  • maintain operational updates and compliance with training standards
  • follow safety and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • ensure compliance with health inspections and sanitation procedures
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • build trusting relationships with restaurant team, management, vendors, and customers
