Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification
- reliable transportation
- maintain valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle constructive criticism
- self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- experience with financial tracking and auditing
- capability to maintain cleanliness and comply with health standards
Job Qualifications

- one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurant environment
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
- experience in conducting performance reviews

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- assist in the recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
- lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, and inventory
- maintain operational updates and compliance with training standards
- follow safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- ensure compliance with health inspections and sanitation procedures
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement and execute marketing programs
- build trusting relationships with restaurant team, management, vendors, and customers
