Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience with restaurant management in the quick service industry
- recent relevant experience managing a team
- familiarity with managing profit and loss, food costs, and labor
- ability to work open availability including weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts
- dedication to providing excellent customer service
- strong team orientation and enthusiasm
- regular and dependable attendance

Job Duties
- complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe certification
- lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards of performance
- manage restaurant operations including profit and loss, food costs, and labor expenses
- maintain the highest quality of food and customer service
- conduct timed skills tests, written tests, and classroom training sessions
- ensure regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
- foster a positive work environment and act as a role model for professionalism and teamwork
