Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to work open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to commit to 50 hours per week
  • Willingness to complete the paid training program
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Dependable attendance
  • Commitment to quality food and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Preferred two years of management experience in quick service restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Familiarity with managing P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program
  • Achieve certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
  • Participate in timed skills tests, written tests, and classroom sessions
  • Develop and apply management skills
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards of professionalism
  • Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Ensure excellent customer service with enthusiasm
  • Promote a positive team environment
  • Maintain consistent and dependable attendance
