Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or bar experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Highly motivated for success
- Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
- Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants
- At least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry
- A desire to grow as a leader and to daily be better than you were the day before
Job Duties
- Overseeing both front of house and back of house operations as assigned by General Manager
- Interviewing, training and coaching front of house co-workers
- Completing all related fiscal management processes
- Assisting with the development of co-worker schedules
- Providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers
- Serving and bartending shifts
- Resolving guest concerns
- Providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
- Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation
- Setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed
