Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or bar experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Highly motivated for success
  • Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
  • Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants
  • At least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry
  • A desire to grow as a leader and to daily be better than you were the day before

Job Duties

  • Overseeing both front of house and back of house operations as assigned by General Manager
  • Interviewing, training and coaching front of house co-workers
  • Completing all related fiscal management processes
  • Assisting with the development of co-worker schedules
  • Providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers
  • Serving and bartending shifts
  • Resolving guest concerns
  • Providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
  • Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation
  • Setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed
