Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3+ years warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control experience
  • 1+ year supervisory experience
  • Ability to work flexible and varying schedules
  • Consistent attendance
  • Ability to follow safety standards
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
  • Reasonable accommodation available for individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control required
  • 1+ year supervisory experience required
  • Ability to effectively coach and develop team members
  • Knowledge of labor budget management and scheduling
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to uphold safety standards and policies
  • Consistent attendance required
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Oversees the effective operation of the UKR warehouse spaces and mail room
  • Ensures labor goals, efficiencies, safety and quality standards are met
  • Handles and reports incidents, team member issues and operational deficiencies
  • Plans and executes requests from other departments regarding warehouse and mail room needs
  • Oversees outgoing shipment and receiving of goods, packages, and mail
  • Ensures timely delivery of mail, packages, supplies and products to departments
  • Trains, coaches, and develops team members
  • Enforces department policies and procedures including safety training
  • Maintains labor budgets and manages scheduling
  • Provides duty manager coverage and responds to escalated incidents
  • Participates in environmental health and safety responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
