Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible and varying schedules
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience required
- 1+ years supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with labor budgeting and scheduling
- Proficient in incident reporting and operational oversight
- Commitment to guest and team member satisfaction
Job Duties
- Oversees the effective operation of the warehouse and mail room
- Ensures labor goals, efficiencies, safety, and quality standards are met
- Handles and reports incidents, team member issues, and operational deficiencies
- Plans and executes requests related to warehouse and mail room needs
- Oversees outgoing shipment and receiving of goods, packages, and mail
- Ensures accurate and timely delivery to departments
- Ensures safe handling, processing, and storing of all items
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
- Establishes initiatives to improve team member and guest satisfaction
- Supports supervisors with coaching, performance management, and counseling
- Enforces department policies and safety procedures
- Maintains labor budgets and creates weekly schedules
- Provides duty manager coverage and responds to escalated incidents
- Leads projects, seasonal initiatives, and sustainment efforts
- Participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
