Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2+ years of wardrobe, costume, or construction experience with 1+ years of supervisory experience is required
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business needs

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes quickly

Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily operation of wardrobe and costume operations including but not limited to monitoring staff, providing direction, and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed
- Maintains shop organization, safety, cleanliness and manages quality control of all items
- Coaches, monitors and tracks work processes and instructs daily techniques and procedures
- Ensures that team members are properly sized and assigned appropriate sizes and par levels of wardrobe
- Maintains daily staffing levels and scheduling including onboarding, training, and daily operations, daily assignments, and tracking of work while monitoring quality control for all applications and maintenance produced by team
- Performs proper and timely administration of daily payroll/time keeping, ensuring labor goals/budgets, efficiencies, safety and quality standards are being met and addressed consistently
- Approves weekly schedules for distribution to team members
- Effectively handles and properly reports any incidents, team member issues and operational deficiencies
- Plans for and efficiently executes events and requests made by other departments
- Responsible for the hiring decisions, training, coaching, and development of all assigned wardrobe and costuming department team members
- Establishes initiatives and executes those initiatives to increase team member satisfaction (TSAT) and guest satisfaction (GSAT) according to plan/strategy
- Enforces department policies and procedures, inclusive of training and safety, while working with the manager to identify and develop new departmental policies and procedures
- Communicates consistently by giving feedback for both recognition and improvement on a regular basis
- Maintains costume and wardrobe inventory as well as all department materials and supplies through the designated inventory system
- Upholds quality control to ensure the consistency, integrity, safety, comfort, and guest satisfaction of the approved looks as they are being worn on stage
- Researches sources/vendors for both requested and standard use equipment, supplies, and materials
- Provides alternative or substitutions when applicable and assists with internal requests of select requirements
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities when possible
- Assists leadership with creating and maintaining all wardrobe and costume documents to include, but not limited to, photos, supplies, and dressing instructions and assists with the development and organization of new projects and special events
- Responsible for providing resort-wide duty manager coverage depending on scheduled shift
- Duties will include responding to guest incidents, down times, weather conditions, and effectively communicating across operations and UKR leadership
- Collaborates across departments to ensure operational decisions, changes to standard operating procedures, and focus on operational efficiencies are communicated and implemented
- Understand and actively participate in environmental, health & safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
