Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Experience managing Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar, and HOH for at least three periods
  • Ability to travel between units

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled with basic mathematical computations
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Knowledge of company policies and compliance

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
  • Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms
  • Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
  • Restock inventory and supplies
  • Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations
  • Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding
  • Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace
  • Report any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed
  • Conduct food safety and prep audits daily
  • Conduct daily inventory monitors performance and share responsibility for cash procedures
  • Assist with schedule creation and deploying the team correctly
  • Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals
  • Monitor inventory and food preparation on a daily basis to adhere to company standards
  • Responsible for daily inventory, deliveries, restaurant opening and closing, and daily adjustments to shift staffing and crew deployment
  • Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses and take corrective action to meet margins and sales targets
  • Maintain responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening and closing the safe, and audits
  • Assist the RGM to maintain proper time keeping and payroll procedures
