Job Requirements
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Satisfactory background check
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce policies

- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance
- Successful management experience in each department: Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar, and Back of House for a minimum of three periods each
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
- Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms
- Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
- Restock inventory and supplies
- Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations
- Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding
- Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace
- Report any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed
- Conduct food safety and prep audits daily
- Conduct daily inventory monitors performance and shares responsibility for cash procedures
- Assist with schedule creation and deploying the team correctly
- Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals
- Monitor inventory and food preparation on a daily basis to adhere to company standards
- Responsible for daily inventory, deliveries, restaurant opening and closing, and daily adjustments to shift staffing and crew deployment
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses on a continual basis and take corrective action to meet or achieve margins and sales targets
- Maintain day to day responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening and closing the safe, and audits
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager to maintain proper time keeping and payroll procedures
