Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2-3 years experience in restaurant management
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- physical ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- effective reading and writing skills
- willingness to work in multiple restaurant roles as needed
- ability to handle stress and resolve conflicts
- commitment to company core values
- ability to comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food certification is a plus
- Serve Safe Alcohol certification is a plus

- ability to manage inventory and scheduling

Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
- cultivates a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values
- responds and corrects verbal guest complaints promptly
- completes required table visits to ensure guest contact
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- performs line checks to ensure product quality and presentation
- schedules employees to meet sales demands
- maintains safety and security programs
- promotes cleanliness and sanitation
- performs routine maintenance and reports repairs
- supports recruitment and training of new team members
- facilitates staff development through training and performance evaluations
- monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary actions
- assures compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- controls costs in assigned department
- drives food and liquor inventories
- prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- ensures sanitation meets or exceeds standards
- models positive behavior for staff
- develops proficiency in store-related technology
- willing to work in all restaurant positions as needed
- engages in continuous leadership development through Management Development Program
