Job Duties
- Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to the team
- Follow up and report results to other managers
- Ensure crew deliver great customer experience and sales promotions are executed
- Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru service areas
- Control food quality, safety, and cost while training kitchen staff
