Job Duties

  • Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to the team
  • Follow up and report results to other managers
  • Ensure crew deliver great customer experience and sales promotions are executed
  • Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru service areas
  • Control food quality, safety, and cost while training kitchen staff
