Job Requirements
- Ability to train and coach crew members and develop future leaders
- experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control
- knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation
- ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
- two or more years of restaurant experience including progressive supervisory experience
- legally able to work within the state and federal guidelines
- valid driver’s license
- ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Serve Safe Certified required or willing to get certification within 60 days
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of daily restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- perform managerial duties including cooking and smoothie preparation
- hire, train, manage, and discipline staff
- ensure excellent guest experience and safety
- drive catering and sales growth
- meet operational and sales goals
- maintain clean and organized restaurant environment
- demonstrate ownership in store operations
- complete training programs
- manage inventory and vendor relations
- oversee labor and scheduling
- ensure compliance with safety and food handling standards
- lead marketing and promotional efforts
- handle physical store tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
