Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- minimum three years of transportation or logistics experience
- valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- authorized to drive Tribe-owned or patron vehicles
- ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to sit, walk, stand for extended periods
- capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- compliance with tribal gaming commission license requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Provide operational oversight for customer bussing, shuttle fleet, traffic and event control, and valet operations
- improve operational efficiency through performance assessments, data analytics, and action plan implementation
- measure shift performance to identify and institute improvement opportunities by driving shift operational consistency and team member proficiency
- analyze and maintain efficiency and proficiency standards and expectations to ensure best in class service
- implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance financial effectiveness and operational efficiency of assigned functions
- direct development of training programs and materials
- provide training such as safety and accident prevention programs
- mentor, monitor, train, and advise all supervisors and department team members while executing department directives, goals, and communications
- collaborate with casino leadership to develop and foster an environment of learning, development, open communication and drive team engagement
- support the interactions and change management efforts involving department initiatives, goals, and objectives
- conduct all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department
