Job Requirements
- Available full-time Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Flexibility for after-hours resident events and occasional first weekend of each month
- Prior onsite apartment community experience as an Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant
- Familiarity with RealPage, Knock, or Onesite property management software strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant
- Experience with RealPage, Knock, or Onesite software preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Embody the Olympus Property Core Values including customer care, teamwork, trust, family, fun
- Maintain office and resident files with confidentiality and integrity
- Safeguard and deposit all monies received on the property timely
- Attend to resident comments and complaints promptly
- Take on leasing responsibilities including leasing apartments as needed
- Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move in
- Fill in for the Business Manager during absence
- Manage and monitor all rental collections including timely rent collection and deposits
- Assess move-out conditions and finalize account statements
- Inform management of liability claims, legal complaints, or violations
- Stay informed on local market trends, businesses, and hiring trends that impact occupancy and income
- Ensure all team members maintain friendly and open interactions with residents and coworkers
