Job Requirements
- Preferred 4+ years progressive box office management experience including cash management
- Preferred 4+ years Paciolan software experience
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including team leadership

Job Duties
- Assist Manager of Spokane Ticket Sales and Operations with overall box office operations and event ticketing staff
- Work directly with promoter requests for event scaling, sales, promotions, discounts, group sales, daily reporting
- Build, maintain, and manage events in ticketing system including season ticketing, packages, platinum seating, aisle seating, seat level pricing, and HTML requests
- Prepare event settlements, statements, and reports for day/night event settlement with venues, promoters, and government entities
- Distribute final settlement documentation to accounting and client parties
- Administer daily box office cash deposits, maintain safe logs, reconcile credit card sales, prepare for armored car pickups
- Assist with personnel placement, evaluation, training coordination, discipline, scheduling, and supervision
- Train and lead Ticket Service Representatives in guest relations initiatives
- Plan and execute staff meetings for Ticket Service Representatives
- Monitor part-time staff hours budget for payroll
- Act as chief liaison for vendors, customer service inquiries, and escalated customer matters
- Resolve ticketing problems day/night of event
- Manage resolution of customer service concerns
- Ensure associates provide superior customer service
- Attend weekly Public Facilities District management meetings
- Assist in on-call rotation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
