Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or bar management strongly preferred
  • experience bartending and/or serving in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant
  • proficient with POS systems
  • maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • detail-oriented
  • proactive and responsible
  • experience managing inventory and payroll processes

Job Qualifications

  • assist the General Manager in leading and managing the bar staff
  • ensure compliance with company standards in bar operations
  • manage store labor effectively
  • meet or exceed sales goals
  • oversee product management and inventory control
  • maintain bar maintenance and repair
  • foster positive customer relations
