Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or bar management strongly preferred
- experience bartending and/or serving in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant
- proficient with POS systems
- maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- detail-oriented
- proactive and responsible
- experience managing inventory and payroll processes
Job Qualifications

- assist the General Manager in leading and managing the bar staff
- ensure compliance with company standards in bar operations
- manage store labor effectively

- oversee product management and inventory control
