Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or bar management
- experience bartending and/or serving in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be proactive and make a positive impact daily
- work well under pressure

- responsible and reliable
- competent with POS systems
Job Qualifications
- proven leadership experience
- exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- experience in training, coaching, and development
- experience managing inventory
- experience with payroll processes

- minimum 1 year restaurant or bar management experience

- alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
