Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or bar management
  • experience bartending and/or serving in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be proactive and make a positive impact daily
  • work well under pressure
  • detail-oriented
  • process and systems-oriented
  • responsible and reliable
  • competent with POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience
  • exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • experience in training, coaching, and development
  • experience managing inventory
  • experience with payroll processes
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • minimum 1 year restaurant or bar management experience
  • bartending or serving experience in high-volume bar or restaurant
  • alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
