Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Recent experience managing a team in a quick service restaurant environment
- Familiarity with managing profit and loss, food costs, and labor
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and shifts of ten hours
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Must have a positive attitude and self-motivation
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Must work onsite
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred two years of management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage P and L statements, food costs, and labor
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Complete eight to twelve-week paid training including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring quality food service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee labor, food costs, and profit and loss management
- Lead and motivate a team with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Conduct timed skills tests, written tests, and classroom sessions to maintain high operational standards
- Maintain dependable attendance and demonstrate self-motivation
- Foster a team environment by supporting and developing staff members
