Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete Assistant Manager training classes
  • high school diploma GED or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal recruits
  • minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • 100% workstation certification
  • ServSafe certified
  • ability to speak read and write English
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic math proficiency
  • analytical skills
  • good organizational and planning skills
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to travel to other business locations
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience with some P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • must be 100% certified in all workstations
  • ServSafe certification required
  • ability to speak read and write English effectively
  • strong interpersonal skills

  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to operate a personal vehicle

Job Duties

  • Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • monitors staffing levels and implements training systems for employee development
  • ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • manages daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
  • monitors and improves guest experience and restaurant cleanliness
  • responds to guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • partners with Restaurant Manager to analyze financial and operational performance
  • develops and executes action plans to increase sales and profitability
  • mentors employees and fosters a positive company culture
  • trains coaches and develops team members for advancement
  • manages conflict and promotes a respectful work environment
  • performs other related duties as assigned
