Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years coffee bar management experience
  • Valid food handler's card where applicable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Career interest in food and beverage management

  • Two or more years of coffee bar management experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Possession of a valid food handler's card as required by local and state regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Experience in team leadership and staff development

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of unit management
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support unit success by ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain productivity and control costs efficiently
  • Monitor and uphold health and safety regulations including food handling standards
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in daily operational decision-making and problem-solving
