- Valid food handler's card where applicable

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of unit management
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support unit success by ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain productivity and control costs efficiently
- Monitor and uphold health and safety regulations including food handling standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in daily operational decision-making and problem-solving
