Job Requirements

- Two or more years experience in coffee bar management
- Valid food handler's card where required
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting proficiency

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service
- Support the success of your unit by keeping our customers happy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down
- Manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and cost control
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment to foster team growth
