Job Requirements

- 2+ years coffee bar management experience
- Food handler's card where required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Willingness to participate in Manager in Training program

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service
- Support the success of your unit by keeping our customers happy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down
- Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations, including maintaining a food handler's card where required
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain operational efficiency
- Handle scheduling and workforce management to meet business needs
- Address customer concerns effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels
