Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years coffee bar management experience
  • Food handler's card where required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Willingness to participate in Manager in Training program

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service
  • Support the success of your unit by keeping our customers happy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down
  • Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations, including maintaining a food handler's card where required
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain operational efficiency
  • Handle scheduling and workforce management to meet business needs
  • Address customer concerns effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels
