Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
- support the success of the unit by maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and optimizing productivity and cost control
- oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to organizational standards
- assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
- resolve customer complaints and enhance the overall customer experience
- contribute to inventory management and ensure food safety compliance
