Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in coffee bar management
  • possession of a valid food handler’s card where required
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • strong communication skills
  • basic accounting knowledge
  • career ambitions within the food and beverage industry

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
  • hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • support the success of the unit by maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and optimizing productivity and cost control
  • oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to organizational standards
  • assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
  • resolve customer complaints and enhance the overall customer experience
  • contribute to inventory management and ensure food safety compliance
