Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Support the success of your unit by maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and optimizing productivity while reducing costs
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and team coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing financial transactions related to unit operations
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to uphold Nordstrom's service standards
- Implement company policies and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes
