Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years coffee bar management experience
  • valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • basic proficiency in accounting and operational management

Job Duties

  • complete a comprehensive manager in training program covering unit operations

  • support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction, compliance, productivity and cost control
  • oversee daily operational tasks including scheduling and inventory management
  • ensure adherence to food safety and company policies
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
