Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years coffee bar management experience
- valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- basic proficiency in accounting and operational management

- complete a comprehensive manager in training program covering unit operations

- oversee daily operational tasks including scheduling and inventory management
- ensure adherence to food safety and company policies
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
