Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in security or investigations
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Level 2 Non-Commissioned Security License
- Ability to work flexible and varying schedules
- Mandatory background check
- Consistent attendance
- Successful completion of mandatory legal licenses and certifications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in security or investigations
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage and interpret graphs and spreadsheets
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from diverse groups
- Consistent attendance
- Wicklander & Zulawski interview/interrogation certification preferred
- Level 2 Non-Commissioned Security License required
- Successful completion of all mandatory legal licenses and certifications
Job Duties
- Manage the operation of the security surveillance team and provide operational support of multiple video surveillance systems property wide for Universal Kids Resort
- Oversee loss prevention and investigations team including case management for internal investigations
- Review security activity and support trends of theft or loss detection
- Support loss prevention educational and awareness training programs
- Ensure security team reviews incidents to maximize system uptime and minimize poor quality issues
- Develop loss prevention strategies and inventory control analytics
- Oversee resort-wide property access control including ID processing, key control, and visitor management
- Hire, train, coach, and develop assigned teams
- Act as liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement and competitive private security departments
- Manage investigations of non-Team Member criminal activity, major accidents, or incidents resort wide
- Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
