Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business needs
  • Background check is mandatory and must meet Universal Destinations and Experiences background check criteria
  • Level 2 (Non-Commissioned) Security License is required
  • 3+ years in Security or Investigations with 1+ years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to administer CPR and/or First Aid with proper operation of an AED
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems in limited standardized situations
  • Consistent attendance
  • Vendor management experience preferred
  • Reasonable accommodation can be made for disabilities

Job Duties

  • Supervises hourly Uniformed Officers and oversees Company and Departmental missions
  • Coordinates and oversees third-party vendors handling Guest and Team Member screening areas
  • Acts as a liaison between Frisco law enforcement, fire, and medical agencies and third-party security for emergency response coordination
  • Enforces all departmental policies related to safety and security of Guests, Team Members, and assets
  • Manages automated and technical security systems and reviews Incident Reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring Unified Officers and Area Supervisors
  • Manages labor goals, approves weekly schedules, and effectively handles incident reporting and operational deficiencies
  • Provides resort-wide duty manager coverage, responding to escalated incidents and communicating across departments
  • Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities according to UDX policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
